Breda and her team thought about everything you would need...and I mean everything! Every last detail of the facilities was clean throughout and smelled like a bed of roses in every corner and everything was beautifully decorated. I have stayed a lot of places in my travels all over the world including renowned hotels and I can honestly say Killaran House is top of my list for best hotel/BnB. Get the breakfast here. Our menu included a Ring of Kerry Omlette and it is the best omlette we've ever had. My husband ordered it the first day and on the 2nd day, all 4 of us in our party ordered the same thing. Location was perfect within a 10-15 minute walk great restaurants and music (ask Breda for recommendations...she won't steer you wrong). There's also a market across the street if you need a late night snack. We arrived here just as guests and left having made a new friend half way around the world. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Suzie US

The inn is immaculate, Breda is so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but only about a 10-minute walk away. We so enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Killaran House.

Beautiful & comfortable room, great communication and within walking distance to pubs/restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. This B&B will give you a more personal experience unlike a hotel, which we love! We highly recommend staying here.

The room was perfect, well decorated, warm and cosy. Nicely prepared for us and Breda was lovely and very welcoming. We will come back in our next stay in Killarney!

We had a wonderful time. The host is absolutely fantastic, Felt very welcome and got great advice what to do in the area. Was just a short stay, and we will definitely come back if we are around again.

Brilliant stay in Killarney! 😊 Two nights at this gem of a B&B - couldn't have asked for better. Breda, the host, was top-notch - friendly, welcoming, and full of local tips. The location was perfect, with town amenities just a short stroll away. Highly recommend for a relaxing break in Killarney! 👍

Clean, great value for money paid, Owner was very welcoming and helpful, there's a small trolley outside the rooms with every essential.

Small room (the economy one) suitcases can't fit comfortably. That's okay for one night but not for vacation.

I would highly recommend this establishment. We were so warmly greeted. The accommodations were immaculate. We wanted for nothing! The location is perfect to get around Killarney easily. Breda was the most gracious hostess.

The location was a 10 minute walk into the town center. The accommodations were very comfortable, extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Many options to choose from. Breda, our hostess, is one of the loveliest people I have met. She assisted us with several of the details for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Obviously this accommodation is a labor of love for the host Breda. It shows in all the little touches like yrs touches. A very comfortable experience. A bit like a warm hug.

The bed was very comfortable but it was a double. A queen size would be a roomier.
